Qatar Airways’ new direct daily services between Tokyo’s Narita International Airport and the Qatari capital of Doha, launched in April 2010 ahead of Japan’s annual Golden Week holiday, has become one of the company’s top performing routes within its first two months of operation.
Qatar Airways serves Tokyo with an Airbus A330 300 in a three-class configuration. With 12 First, 18 Business and 208 Economy Class seats, passengers are assured of Five Star comfort and service no matter which class of travel.

The airbus A330-300 also features Qatar Airways’ new Waves in-flight entertainment system offering Audio Video On Demand that gives passengers more personal control of programmes. Passengers can select one of 32 Hollywood movies and films from around the world, or short programmes with greater personal control, offering play, rewind, forward and pause functionality. There’s also a moving map display flight path and a selection of 40 CDs and 16 audio channels to choose from
