The aircraft is configured in a two class layout, with 30 new Business Class seats, and 255 Economy Class seats. Progressively, the planes will enter service on regional and medium-haul routes between Singapore and cities in Australia (Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth) and Japan (Nagoya and Osaka).
Economy Class will feature 255 seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration. These will be the new generation Singapore Airlines Economy Class seats, currently available on the Singapore Airlines B777-300ER and A380 aircraft. They are ergonomically designed to provide customers with an unsurpassed level of comfort, with more personal space and increased legroom. New product features are also included.

All seats will feature the new KrisWorld, Singapore Airlines award-winning inflight entertainment system, and in a world first, offers iPod and iPhone connectivity to every seat, including Economy Class.

The A330 coach cabin looked stunning – bright and modern the economy class section, my heart was pounding as I was excited to see whether there would be gorgeous screens at the back of these slim-line yellow-accented grey Recaro seats. The new PTVs are great; however, the choice should be improved to bring it on par with the systems of competitors.

this was taken at Perth airport this morning as it came from Melbourne yesterday afternoon on its way to Toulouse in France via Dubai to get its tail fixed as it cannot be pressurised so it has to travel at 10000 feet and so it came to Perth to refuel
